September 7, 200817 yr One of the god spells in normal magic lowers the target's magic level. no really uses zammy flames at cwars anyways when you are barraging at cwars pro cwers might bring a seercull to lower mage what ever their spec hit is ; is how much mage lvls it will bring you down i hit 16 with spec you have 94 mage you lose 16 mage lvls bringing you to 78 mage the seercull is the equivilant to a mage short but slower
