F2p:Al-Kharid is the closest furnace to a bank.

 

P2p:If you have completed atleast part 1 of Varrock achievement diary, use the Edgeville Furnace.If not you could try Port Phasmatys(closest to a furnace in p2p) or the one from Neitiznot.
