What's the best rune to make in Runescape as a non-member? You must see at exp but also to the nearest bank..

Some say powermining, some say running to bank.. Which is the fastest way to get your level up?

I'm f2p, I train my melee stats in SoS, with fleshcrawlers and zombies. Is this the fastest way to get exp? Must be close to bank or fishingpool.
