I want to get one more lvl99 skill, got only fletching.

 

I want that skill would be something like fletching, that i need to buy items (yews/strings) and fix(bows) then sell or whatever(alch), i dont want to lose any money, dont care if i wont earn anything.

Mainly you are just asking for the cheapest and fastest 99 that takes little to no effort.

 

 

 

Cooking -> 4M Cost and takes about 90 hours

 

Firemaking -> 3.6M Cost and takes 90 hours

No, they are useless, but they are what every low level that wants 99's gets.
