Java being an [censored]

When trying to play RuneScape on SwiftKit, it comes up us

 

 

 

"Java Plug0in Fatal Error

 

 

 

The Java Runetime Environment cannot be loaded"

 

 

 

This is strange because I was playing on SK earlier

 

 

 

But this normally happens when I play RuneScape on Internet Explorer as well. It works fine on Firefox.

 

 

 

Java is enabled, so thats not the problem.

 

 

 

Please help me.

just reinstal java...

 

for windows xp:

 

Go to control panel -> add or remove programs (open that and wait for a minute)

 

locate all "java" stuff (Java 6 update 1-7 and maybe java 5 too):

 

 

 

and start "removing" all those items (click on it and then click on "remove"): after having removed (and freed around 1 gb of harddisk space in my case lol).. Go to:

 

java.com

 

Click on the big blue "download" button and follow the instructions there (basically: download it and run it)...

Yes, re-installing java would be the best choice.

 

 

 

It shocked me how much space was taken up by old versions. Also that java doesn't overwrite these updates and just slaps them on :wall:

did you try restarting your computer?

 

cause that might fix it. if you havent.

 

but if it doesnt work just install and re install java.
