September 15, 200817 yr Well, what would be the best monster to train magic on? I have 64 defence, 68 magic, and 64 hp and I will be casting fire strike. I would like to know a 'decent' dropping monster that dosnt hit often/has a safespot near that will get me the most xp/hr possible. September 15, 200817 yr Tbh, you wouldn't find good monsters for good mage/hp xp with fire strike. Your options are: Enchanting High Alching or FoG. September 16, 200817 yr This isn't good for drops, but with Fire Strike, it's really your only option. You know the wizards south of Falador? The ones wearing robes to match their element? Well, put on some D'hide and equip your Staff of Fire. Take your mind runes down to the wizards and attack the one wearing the red robes (fire wizard or something :P ). Proceed to attack him- you will never hit, but still get xp, and he will almost never hit you (take a lil' bit of cheap food in case he gets a few lucky hits or a random pops up). You only get half the XP, and while it's free, you get next to no xp and timing between games is quite a bit. Try alching, and at around 80+, you can try maging Metal Dragons.. Chaos gauntlets+Bolt spells, or wave spells are good for training there, and you have a chance at a Dragon drop or Visage. ~Zackdt
