No, not for training.

 

 

 

 

 

Full Veracs is probably only useful for PvP and monster hunting (full Veracs is almost required to kill Kalphite Queen efficiently).

No Verac is not.

 

 

 

But if you want armor for training:

 

 

 

Toragleg+plate provide one of best defense in game. So they work great for training.

no its not its really only good in spicific situations
