Willboyer1 Posted September 26, 2008 Share Posted September 26, 2008 i saw a topic earlier about why people want to look strong and stuff i think... and i thought, it would be better to know how people get strong. i dont live near a gym or have any equipment. there is just me and the floor of my bedroom. i want to get strong for football which is the biggest part of my life. also, the ladies like a strong guy \ i know press ups and sit ups, but to be honest i lack imagination and i cant do the same thing over and over again. any ideas? please help me. every little helps Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
