Simply put, I was curious as to how I could make a GIF. .. Are there any guides or simple steps?.. Programs needed?.. Any help would be great as the only thing I know how to do with pictures is crop and paste :-#

 

 

 

I asked this question 10 days or so ago in the "Ask Questions or Sig Resizing here" sticky, but it was unanswered and people went on answering others' questions and what seemed to be overlooking mine.

I knew about a great guide that was made on a runescape forum (Don't remember but i think it was here on TIF).
