June 25, 200521 yr Ok, I noticed this when I tried to install a Half Life 2 demo and now its doing it to my Battlefield 2 demo. I download the file, and then try and install it to the C drive, and it says there is not enough memory, free some up. I have 10 gigs, thats definatly not the issue. Anyone know why? Is it a small virus?

If the guy above is correct that we are taling about RAM memory, im surprised there are actually games that do not install when you don't meet the system requirements... And do you have 10 gigs hard drive, or 10 gigs free on your hard drive? If its the first case: You fill it faster then you think.

(assuming it came partitioned like mine) I always install stuff on D drive if possible and try to keep only documents and microsoft programs on C drive I just posted something! ^_^ to the terrorist...er... kirbybeam.

Plus I got 2 extra hardrives, but they are restricted. And also, I have 364 RAM. Not great, but it still should run, right?

June 26, 200521 yr Virtual memory is space on your hard drive that acts like RAM when your physical memory is used up. Go to your control panel and then to system. Click on the advanced tab and then setting under performance. Click on the advanced tab on the new screen that pops up and look at the bottom. YOu should see something telling you how much virtual memory you have allocated. I'd make it at least a gig.
