How Do I get a new treasure trail chart??

i died in wildy doing a clue and lost my sextant, watch and chart

 

 

 

i made my own sextant and watch but i cant get back the chart.

 

 

 

I have talked to the proffesser

 

I have talked to the proffesser with a watch and sextant.

 

I have done the obvervatory quest, so now the proffeser is inside the obvervatory and his assistant is in the little house

 

 

 

I dont know what to do or how to get another chart please help me if you can

This is what the Tip.It Treasure Trail Guide has to say:

 

 

 

If you lose your sextant, go back and ask Murphy in Port Khazard for another one. If you lose your watch, go speak to Brother Kojo at the Clocktower, and if you need another chart, go speak to the Professor in the house North of the Observatory. Make sure you have a coordinates clue in your inventory before trying to get a replacement chart, though. Otherwise, the Professor will NOT give you a replacement. You don't need to have a coordinates clue to get a replacement sextant or watch.

Do you have the clue in your inventory when you talk to him? It has to be a coordinate clue.
