I think the prayer may hurt if you remain a "low-level", but of course when you're lv60+ it'll be very useful. Usually 90+ strength and 80+ attack, 43ish prayer, high mage and range. TwilightZero Posted October 14, 2008 Share Posted October 14, 2008 i can tell you this, rune pures are probably most dominant when it comes to pvp 45 Def [zerker helm] 90+ Str 75 Attk 70+ Range 70-94 Mage 80-99 HP 43/52 Prayer [Melee pro/Smite] 70 range for black dragon hide armor[to help against magers], also helpful for getting a firecape. 94 Mage for vengeance, which is very vital for a rune pure. also barraging if you would like to follow that path.
