October 9, 200817 yr When training, speed > power. If you use your GS for boss hunting pretty often, keep it. If you're just training to 99 Strength, you'll be faster with a SS. To put it bluntly, [bleep] off.
October 9, 200817 yr the ss is signifiacnatly faster. sgs is good for things like slay tasks and for training it would be better because there is no need for bgs spec while training. in most cases, however, bgs is better for boss hunting...
