I'm going to do fire caves with guthans, but idk how many pots of each to bring....I am:

 

 

 

89 att

 

84 str

 

78 def

 

78 range

 

70 prayer

 

 

 

How many brews and how many restores should i get?

There's a part in muggiwhplar Fight Cave's Guide which explains very well what you should bring.

 

 

 

I also suggest you read the whole thing before doing the fight caves as it's VERY helpful.
