October 11, 200817 yr I believe it's when people trade things such as unstrung bows (things that won't sell on the G.E.) and use it to trade things for a higher profit then with the trade limit.

You have this limit. - Shout off you're lending bgs. - SOmeone agrees to offer. - You lend bgs in trade and add 240k in junk. - Someone puts in 300k for bgs.
