Lol. You don't need that much healing; in fact it would be counterproductive as you'd have to temporarily drop a few of them to make room for drops, and you won't be able to make the most out of your first tab (since you'll have accumulated lots of drops by the time you run out). That, and sharks cost a fortune. And fifty tabs is a bit excessive. Ah, this reminds me about the noob on the Runescape forums who was upset with the quest "Cold War" because apparently his grandparents died in the war. :wall:
