I can't suggest anything from 26-33 but oak larders at 33 are probably your best bet...

Carved Oak Tables (flatpacks), then either continue with those or switch to Larders.

 

 

 

Do some calculations. See if it is in your budget.

 

 

 

If not, you can reduce much of the cost of you buy oak logs and do this:

 

-get butler to unnote

 

-get butler to run them to the sawmill

 

-now you have planks! Repeat.

 

 

 

If you do not wish to use servants for cost reasons, then do this:

 

 

 

1) If you make your own planks, tele to cw, balloon to varrock, and run a bit north to sawmill

 

2) If you can make your own Slayer Rings, move your house to Polly once you can, use the Slayer Ring teleport to Polly, then run to your house. Not sure if this is after 40 con or not though.
