Community Leaders, removal of Gallery, Clan irc

Featured Replies

Through consultation with staff and in the CIC, a new rank has been created specifically for the clan-forums: the rank of Community Leader. The Community Leaders - or CLs - are selected by staff; following which, they are given limited moderator-access on the clan forums; if they moderate well, have a good influence, etc, the CLs have every possibility of being promoted to a higher rank (LocalMod, GMod, etc). CLs can lock/open, split/merge and move topics, and they will be expected to follow the Clan-Mod Handbook. By default, they have permissions to moderate the Recruitment forums, Clan Discussions and the Wars/Run-ins forum. Over time, some CLs may become moderator of the TWR or Conclave. They can also warn users who violate the forum-rules.

Secondly, the Gallery forum has been removed because of inactivity. All topics which were in the Gallery have been moved to the Wars/Run-ins forum. The rules for this forum will be created shortly.

And lastly, Tip.It now has a channel on the SwiftIRC network specifically for clan-discussion (more info. found here).
