October 19, 200817 yr Hi guys. i recently bought a samsung D900i, and also bought a 4 gig micro sd card for it. The only problem is, is that my phone says that it cant be accsesed, but i do have music on it already. help please? ~ikkevincent
October 20, 200817 yr Are you sure your card is compatible with your phone? There are two main types of SD cards, one of them is an Ultra fast version. Check with your phones manual or on the manufacturers website. [Assist-X]
October 20, 200817 yr Formatted? Good point, but ikkevincent said that it already has music on it. I wonder if it's formated with FAT32 or NTFS? It should be FAT32, I would advise checking that out. [Assist-X]
October 20, 200817 yr Author i have that sd card, a transcend micro sd HC 4 gb card. and according to this: http://www.addictsupplies.com/images/uploads/transcend_4gb_sdhc.jpg site it uses microSD (TransFlash) memory. so it should work?
October 20, 200817 yr Well it didn't Say that your mobile can use HC SD cards, so possibly not. I had this exact problem with my GP2X, a 4GB card will not work in it, but another 4GB will. The one that doesn't work is one of the newer faster transfer rate cards. [Assist-X]
October 21, 200817 yr Yeah chances are it doesn't support MicroSDHC cards. You'll need to get a 2GB or one of the very few 4GB MicroSD's (if they exist?)
