I got a kalphite task and I wanna kill some soldiers. :)

 

Oh, and any hints/tips on killing them or if they're worth it would be helpful too.

For kalphites use super antis. I cannon and 4 pots(4) last me the whole trip.

I was going to melee them in the tunnel area so its only 1 on 1. But since cure me doesnt work too well I might just kill normal workers.
