We regret to inform you that your RuneScape character has been banned due to billing problems with your account. The payment used to purchase a membership for this account was either charged-back or refunded. This means you have had days of membership which have not been paid for. If you feel you have been banned in error, or if you have any relevant information with respect to the payment used for your membership then please contact us immediately through the Billing section of the RuneScape Knowledge Base. This can be found by visiting our website, http://www.runescape.com/, and selecting "Customer Support" and then "Billing". You can then submit a billing query. Please provide as much information as possible so we can investigate your issue. Sincerely, Jagex Customer Support How is this at all possible? I used PayByCash.
