For barrow's amour to work u need to have all the pieces or some parts?

starclimber is correct.

 

 

 

You NEED all 4 peices for the set effect to work. The armour is nice in general even without the set effect, but you need the helmet, body armour, leg armour, and weapon for the effect. :)
