October 24, 200817 yr Well for starters... His left should is very awkward... It needs to be more rounded... Left side of body is way bigger then right side... Hands are to big.

Try using some 3D software and mess around with it in Photoshop. I know, gloves don't make your hands 2x bigger, And know what you're talking about before giving advice.. A pixel is made almost always in paint, not adding any other effects using photoshop or gimp...
October 30, 200817 yr Some of the lines seem too straight, especially Santa's right (our right, his left) shoulder/arm should be more curved I think. It looks quite unnatural at the moment. pixel avvy by me deviantART
November 4, 200817 yr Hehe, I was just going to outline a few things, but I got carried away... Try using a random dither like I did on his arms. You can see a bit of it on the thumbnail of the face I gave you. If you are stuck on stuff, google pictures of people with beards. But, try to think of beards as rather messy and rough. Go with a lot of grey's and whites for this santa. Don't be afraid to stay with black boundaries. Loose them if needed.
