if i superheat 4 coal 1 mith and make a mith bar.. do i get the SAME smithing exp?magic?

You get the xp for the spell and the xp for smelting it.

you get 53 magic experience and 50 smithing experience per bar if I'm not mistaken.

in fact, if you have high enought mining (65 +) buy the mith ore and nats, get a run pick and fire staff. fill your invo with rune pick, 23 mith ores, equip fire staff and g to guild to mine coal and superheat, not that kind of money, but very nice exp =)

I'd buy the ores and nats at the GE and superheat them.
