Like if I lay'd 4 traps at 60 and 4 at 70 (assuming the same exact amount come and try to get the bait) would I catch more? The basic question is the higher my hunter level the higher the amount of catches instead of them just coming and closing the box but not going inside? purewcnub Posted October 26, 2008 Share Posted October 26, 2008 If you're hunting red chinchompas wear full larupia and set all the box traps you can. I prefer making a square with an open centre and standing in the middle while fixing my traps as needed. You can find other methods but this is the one I use. Also, don't bother smoking or baiting the traps, it's a waste of time. And yes, a higher level increases your success rate. I suggest red chinchompas for training.
