I have two accounts, one my main I have had for over 5 years and my new one which is only 15 days old. My new one I decided to make a pure str, I got 60 str on it, took a few days like 2-3. Then I needed to get a money skill, I picked mining pure ess, I mined 16.3m gold worth of pure ess and got 65 mining it took me about 9-10 days.

 

 

 

An to my surprise about a day after I sell all my ess. My account is banned for "powerleveling" and they give no real proof but only accusations. and some almgihty SYSTEM caught me in the act.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

For my other account my main was muted for 15 days for saying Nagger. Because I was responding to a bunch of kids who were complaining about something. Somone actually reported me for saying nAgger(it wasint a blocked word either) and when I told JaGex the words meaning and the fact it has no relation to a popular "n" word. They gave me some copy pasted crap saying I actually did make an offense. so I am muted for the next 13 days. and while I was checking out my account I noticed I was in the red some how! My account had a previous offence in sept of 2006! but I retired from the game in aug 2006! so how did I get a offense when I wasint even playing... They never told me what I did wrong...

I had two pures a long time ago(2006) who's names were Tasty_ballz and Tasty__ballz who I also retired on the same day as my other account. Who do not even show up in highscores anymore! They both had extremely high skills so they should show up. Are they banned?

As for the "powerleveling" and muting incident, I can't say much about how Jagex made that decision. My old main was banned because the hacker sent in phony pw recoveries and messed up my record. I can't say how the reporting system works..

I can actually remember a time when you wernt muted for one misunderstanding and banned for being a good skiller. I even still see people in the game that curse and slander like a sailor and get away scott free. I thoght the game would change after 2 years of not playing...but not this way.

Most likely they thought you were macroing and we all know they wont ever tell us how they detect that. I think they should invest in a program that catches auto typers (when 2+ lines appear near simualtaneously from the same person and there are no mistakes, it was not a human. No one can type 24 words per second (I have seen 12 words on 2 lines in under half a sec).
