Edit: I found the answer to this question.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Answer: Each one gives experience equal to the Skill level * 10. (e.g. level 80 skill would give 800 experience)

It all depends on what skill you choose to use it on and what the level of that skill is.... I got 5.7k Exp for prayer.
