hi, i have questions about this quest..

 

for the part where i speak to aggie, im not sure which lines of sand im supposed to erase.. the guide says this:

 

 

 

"She needs you to sweep away four lines of sand to leave behind four small triangles. Sweep away the northwestern line, the two middle lines, and the southeastern line."

 

 

 

does this mean sweep away all the middle lines? how does that leave 4 small triangles?

They do. 4 small triangles, 2 right side up and two upside down. See?

That's what I thought at first, but whatever "combination" I tried it would always be wrong. I tried this on my main and my other accounts, all had the same outcome.

 

The only "correct" way is the one in the pic there.

Could be just the way my head works (I'm an avid sudoku player, weird I know), but it was like totally obvious to me.

 

 

 

I think one of the rules are that "ALL lines that is left behind MUST be part of a triangle". Otherwise it will be quite easy to make 4 triangles as you can just make 4 incomplete ones. It wasn't explicitly said by the game.

 

 

 

So you have different combinations, but if you have lines that isn't forming a triangle, it is wrong.

 

 

 

If you are having difficulties seeing the triangles, take a screenshot, go to paint and draw+follow one of the lines and make a triangle. Then use a different colour for the next one.
