Hi im looking for the best things to alch that are the most cost efficent i am currently going for 94 and might go for 99 if it ends up being cheap enough. Thanks for reading this.

Yes, while alching them, you don't lose much money.

No he said that he wanted to buy the natures as well so I think at the moment blue d'hide vambs are good something like a 2gp loss. I might be wrong though.

You might have to go looking for your own items to alch... because if it gets mention on TIF here.... it will be like WOW! alch this to make a profit, then the item raises and will no longer be worth it!

buy blue mystic gloves /boots and alch them u get 30gp profit if you buy them at lowest and buy nats at 250gp each
