Im doing Plague City quest. Im doing the bit where you have to open the prison door. Tip it guide says "try opening the door and then search the barrel upstairs to find a key", it says the door is locked but does not go on to talk to elena. Ive also searched the barrel and everthing else in the room upstairs and not found a key.

I had the same problem and gave up for a few hours, this was quite a while back so I'm sorry, I dont remember much.

 

 

 

Check the quest ingame popup and see if you've missed anything
