A dagger is faster, but a scimitar is stronger at the loss of just a little speed.

Both has the speed frame of 6, but Scimitar is stronger than Dagger.

 

 

 

The only three items that are faster than Scimitar/Dagger are: Shortbows with Rapid Shoot style, Dart, and Knives
