I just now received a treasure trail award that numbered among it's contents 34 Black Bolts. Seeing as to how these are not rune and are a non-gemmed bolt, why aren't they on the list?

The Black bolts aren't on the table at the moment since they are too hard to obtain and we do not have a full list of data for them.
