Avatar problem

Featured Replies

I'm not really sure where to post this, but I have been trying to update my avatar and I keep getting a message saying the URL is invalid, even though I'm using photobucket and just copying and pasting the IMG code. Also, the dimensions and file size of the pic I want to use are within the maximum limit. Any suggestions?

You need to use the direct link code, not that code.

But before you asked for this to be locked, can I ask the admins to write a note on the avatar panel to remind users to use the direct link and not the code?

I looked into doing just that, turns out it's just a small language pack change (In ucp.php, LINK_REMOTE_AVATAR_EXPLAIN). Should be easy to do.
