MTK and clue scrolls

Will mtk interfere with me getting clue scrolls from clue droppers if I have workers on fish?

If you set your workers on fish, you'll occasionally pick up a level 2 clue scroll (in addition to caskets and boots). The problem is, if you get one of these scrolls, you can't get one from combat.

i got my workers on fish for a few weeks now, so im sure there is a clue in there( u usually get one after a few days) and im still getting clues from slayer, so i dont know who spreaded this rumor, but its false.

 

 

 

oh and to the previous poster, u get lvl 1 clues from MTK ;)

It makes sense that the clues wouldn't interfere, now that I think about it, since "work" is collected rather than items. Anecdotally, I have never gotten a clue scroll from combat while I've had workers on fish, but that must just be bad luck then. :)
