Best would be then regeneration bracelet then combat bracelet. Though both are horrible compared to barrows gloves.

I think statwise teh combat bracelet falls someplace between the rune and dragon RFD gloves. Get that. And if you have done legends, then it offers some teleports. Of course without the fairy rings recharging could be a bit painful but I guess you can sell the depeted blacelet for a charged one. The regen bracelet is actualy equal to or better than the combat brace in every way. If you don't have legends than the regen is certainly the superior choice, but if you frequent the areas the combat teleports to and have completed the legends quest than it may be worth the one or two stat point loss in a few catagories.

 

 

 

The regen brtacelt aside from its special effect is inferior in every way to the dragon RFD gloves let alone the mighty barrows ones.

yeah im using cb bracelet for now. will be getting barrows gloves soon
