Yes, just be sure to use a set of black armour for getting tokens, as you might have trouble with anything stronger.

Or just go up and do the shotput with some energy potions (pretty cheap on the GE now). Shotput gives a lot of tokens fast, if you don't mind always running out of energy and occasionally taking a little damage.

I used the shotput with the sal[bleep]er spring for unlimited run. It worked very well.
