Help with TokTz Ket Dill quest

I've repaired the first room. When I go to pickaxe my way into the next room, I get hit and told that tunnels are not safe yet.

 

I've talked to everyone I think I should have. There are only 4 spots to repair in the first room 2 for treated planks an 2 for pillars. What more do I need to do to get into the next room.

There's actually 4 pillars, and 3 treated planks sections. Go and view the Tip.it Quest guide for this.
