You can google them. You can take a picture you wan't and shrink it down to size. You set it using the user control panel.

1. Get an image you want.

 

2. With a art/graphics program, resize it, making sure it is under 20kb.

 

3. User Control Panel -> Profile -> Change avatar.

 

 

 

Voila, your new avatar.
