michel555555
is the caviar that you get from barbarian fishing worth keeping? i'm just interested in fishing levels right now but the barbarian deposit box is only a short walk away and i might do herblore later so is the small amount of xp worth it? or should i just use them for fishing? [spoiler=click you know you wanna]Me behave? Seriously? As a child I saw Tarzan almost naked, Cinderella arrived home from a party after midnight, Pinocchio told lies, Aladin was a thief, Batman drove over 200 miles an hour, Snow White lived in a house with seven men, Popeye smoked a pipe and had tattoos, Pac man ran around to digital music while eating pills that enhanced his performance, and Shaggy and Scooby were mystery solving hippies who always had the munchies. The fault is not mine! if you had this childhood and loved it put this in your signature!
RayOxide
Well I think it can possibly be worth it. I think people buy Barbarian Prayer Potion mixes. It's only a small walk so.. Go for it. Atleast you get something out of barbarian fishing your way. I dont need a siggy no moar.
Kellis
There was actually a debate forum post arguing over whether barbarian mixes are effective. If you don't mind healing at the same time you drink a potion, it's actually more effective to take a couple 2-dose barbarian pots instead of one 4-dose pot and using the other slot for food. The two barbarian mixes will heal 12 each, for a total of 24. What easy-to-get food will heal 24 hp? The only problem is that you'll be drinking the potion while healing, so it's not so useful for things like prayer pots or some other potions you consume when at full health. Summary: Keep them. The herblore bonus isn't much, but the pots you make can be useful.

michel555555
Agility caviar mix = win? LOL oooh never thought of that lol  edit: just thought up several other useful means of using mixes energy mixes for ZMI alter hunting mixes for useing pit falls and anti poison and anti fire mixes to make the effect of them last longer you can wait until you take damage before using them so i'm going to keep my caviar [spoiler=click you know you wanna]Me behave? RayOxide
Neither did I but now, WHOA! Now I have some questions. 1.) What is the LAST potion you can use roe with 2.) Does a roe-made mix still heal 12 p/bite? I dont need a siggy no moar.
Kellis
Roe-made potions (anything from level 24 restore mixes downward) will heal 3 per bite. Caviar-made potions (anything from level 29 energy mixes upward) will heal 6 per bite. The highest potion that can be made with roe is the level 24 restore mix. Anything above that needs caviar. BTW, even if you use caviar with a potion level 24 or lower, it will still only heal 3, as if you had used a roe on it.
