And how do you train a 70 atk 70 str ranged tank for def?

I'd say a solid 90 85-90 ish range level, and 70-75 def would be good for your level. Try and keep mage close to your range level aswell, since it can't hurt your combat level :P

 

 

 

And what do you mean how do you train for def? You'd train it exactly as you would before. Except at higher levels, exp rates don't increase because your str/att should stay relatively the same. Thats the only tough part, but with a little determination its nothing that can't be done.
