November 27, 200817 yr I'm pretty sure you can use them without the quest due to the Attack guide not showing the quest requirement, ALSO just because you can buy them in the G.E. doesn't mean that they do not have a quest requirement, think of Dragon Scimitar etc... 99 Slayer... November 27, 200817 yr d2h doesint req quest for it is droped by a monster which doesint req a quest to kill. and most-likely d claws can be used by anyone with 60 attack just like brine sabre and 40 attack.
November 27, 200817 yr All of the new gear from the quest can be worn by anyone with the mage/def/atk/whatever requirements. You have to do the quest to get your own stuff, but not to wear it. You can get it from other players.
