Hmm, Jagex did post (several months ago) about raising the Level 99 cap because RS2's ways of training are "much faster and easier", so possibly we'll get a lift to say 150? Yet some skills like slayer, or Farming take many months, if not years for the majority to get to 99. So I don't see how 150 would become the universal max level. I don't think we'll see an increase in the level cap for quite some time. I do think though that Jagex will make it difficult to smith items at level 99, like you need do have done this part of the quest, but you need to do these 2 to 10 things to make one of the items. Something like dragon shouldn't be able to be mass produced, and it should be expensive materials to make dragon, as well as time consuming to make dragon. Heh, yeah. Imagine the uproar when all the 99 skillcapes disappear from banks with a new max. Not happenin'. :shame: if they make the new max 150 im sure people would get to keep their capes its for people in 99 in a stat =D>
