You are PKing in bounty hunter, teleing to targets with your Godsword/rare item of choice, 5 minutes later you teleport to a DD and end up getting lured for your item. How do you feel?

There are many more situations that could cause anger or depression in RuneScape, but, Have you ever came to the point of tears over RuneScape?

 

 

 

I haven't yet, I've been playing the game too long and just am comfortable with having to get items back if that's what I lost, but have any of you? Be honest.

 

 

 

I saw that thread on another fan site and I found it really interesting.

Crying over a video game is pretty extreme, don't you think? I can see someone getting angry over something like that, but I just can't visualize someone crying over an item.

Definitely never cried lol id just take a break if something like that happened.

I cried over Runescape when I lost my first phat in early 2007 from trusting someone too much. Almost a years worth of moneymaking was gone. If that happened to me now, no I wouldn't cry, as I am older and more used to losses.

 

There might have not even been any tears, I just was sad enough to cry.

lost ranger boots to KBD due to disconnection.

but became really angry with my provider - shouting/punching the desk/blood pressure sky high ... not a pretty sight :roll:

 

 

 

after that KBD trips went with snakeskin (died again to disconnection, but accepted it better)

 

 

 

good side - I needed money to cover the losses and found ways to make them that are really efficient and I would have probably missed otherwise.

 

 

 

 

 

after that died twice to rock lobs due to my own mistakes and lost Ms in runes and equipment, but when it is your own fault and you can afford the loss it does not hurt nearly as much (beware when going for 9 lobs - it is 10times more dangerous then 7)

Never cried. Sometimes a chuckle for how stupid my mistake was.

i've never cried i got really angry thou when my little brother lost me full wizzy (t) ( all my moneys at the time ) and that got me sorta angry but my own fault for putting him in charge when i went to get some food -.-

I have never cried over the game to be honest, sometimes it is frustrating when you die but I just remember I can build back up again.

I've shoutwed at the moniter until i've become hoarse, bruised my knuckles on said monitor countless times, made lots of high pitched squealing noises (think, y[bleep]chdogs RRRrrr!), but no, never cried.

I have only ever cried over Runescape once, but they were tears of joy when I finally got my firecape. I was very emotional at the time for some reason :oops: .

 

 

 

Other than that I haven't cried, tho one time I got lured and I was so angry that I turned around and punched the wall, I just happened to punch right were a stud was and I nearly broke a knuckle. My hand hurt for ages after that #-o .

nope, too old for that. i can never cry, even if i try too. the worst thing i can do when i get mad in runescape is punch something really hard.

Hmm, lol. I did cry about runescape once, back when I was like 12.

 

Somebody pked my first rune scim and I was really sad :cry: .

 

 

 

I really don't understand now how I could be so upset back then, it's just a game.

 

Besides, I haven't really lost anything major in this game since I came back 8 months ago, and I'm happy about that. It's really annoying to get quest item back or make money to buy stuff again.

The closest I ever came to tears over RS was when I got my first set of D Boots. It happened about 6 hours after GWD came out, and during those 6 hours I had tried unsuccessfully to solo Bandos and Sara. I was almost in tears because I had finally made some money off GWD. I really wish I would have camped Spirit Mages for at least a week. I missed the first 6 hours, and stopped after 2 days thinking the drop rate of D Boots wasn't that great. Those 2 weeks of no Mage camping will haunt me forever even though I was soloing the Zammy boss some.

Can't say that I've cried over the game.

 

 

 

Though if I ever got Pk'd on my way to the abyss and lost my pouches I would log off, take an unusually deep breath and return to the game a few days later once my rage had subsided.

I used 2 play RSC when i was 9 or 10 years old (That's when every1 around you loves ur spelling and questions of prime quality) And i lost my full rune by bs in wildy. Iirc i cried. -.-
