    Could someone show me a good setup for a members 40 def range tank. My stats are: 40 attack 75 strength 40 def 85 range 31 pray 41 mage 77 hp.

    I M F O X Y is the only one that looks and sounds semi civilized lol. The offensive ones might get you banned. I don't really love any of the names that you suggested, but made my choice anyway.

    Very simple answer to what you are looking for. The best songs for pvp vids are those that haven't been used yet. It's sooo annoying when every pvp vid is either Linkin Park, BFMV, or Remember the name. Please use a unique song.

    I believe the fletching guild world was replaced by a pvp world. Does anyone know the new world?

    Try to play on server closest to your location. You might have some viruses which can slow you down. If you are running vista then some more ram might help with running the computer in general.

    I dont see 13 prayer as of any real use for you because it would run out so fast. As you said, i think you should raise it to 31. Everything else looks good.

    Depends on which crater you want to stay in. Generally you want 40 attack for rune Highest possible str lvl 1 def since its a pure Pray is optional but you may want it for ultimate str 40 range would also help for green d'hide chaps which give more def than iron legs. Train mage to whatever lvl is needed for the bounty hunter locate spell.

    H'ween masks are all rising although the green had a rather low increase today (around 50k). I would not suggest a santa atm because it seems like everyone is trying to sell theirs (in world 1 at least).

    I see no need for this feature. It may help some people, but i perfer to just use the grand exchange database on the runescape site.
