At the rune door in While Guthix Sleeps (The door with the inscription: Further Access Prohibited) you can tell what rune you have to use by searching the door and look at the phrase: Further Access Prohibited. 1 of the letters have been turned into a rune sign and that is the rune you will have to use.

 

For example if the d at the end of the word prohibited is a waterdrop (like the one on a water rune) you will have to use a water rune.

 

 

 

That way you can get past the door without the risk of getting attacked by a spell.

That is a cool theory. The picture below is the one we worked from, we believed it implied that the proper rune was Mind as it was the only one missing. I see now it used an air symbol instead of the last E.

 

 

 

Dunno where they'd put a mind rune, if any. I do like your idea, if we can get some more people to post pictures that would be great.
