Power mine iron i would say ar rimmington and drop if you dont want to bank but if you do i would say north east of yanelle

Powermining Iron or Granite.

 

 

 

For Iron just go to Al-K mines and mine one drop one.

 

 

 

Same for granite only out in the desert. (You may have some competition here though since the price of Granite has sky-rocketed)

I would normally have said granite, but the poster above me already mentioned the high competiton. You might want to consider powermining iron in the mine underneath the Grand Tree - it's usually completely empty.
