Indeed there are certain Beer Barrel that can give you free beer, but I dont know where they are now (Jagex have removed most of them after introduction to RC2). I think Barbarian Village is the only remaining one now (virtually impossible since Barbarians always attack if you attempt to use empty beer glass on their barrels)

Beer does come at a price my friend :shame:
