I'm not sure if anyone knows this already but I thought it might be fun to share:

I finished the quest with 63 farming, the only thing I had to pot up for is actually starting the quest (I used a garden pie).

Growing the snapdragon works like a charm with only 63 farming. :P

Interesting - on other quests the NPC will reject you without the proper requirements. Thanks for sharing.

Well, you cannot start it without 65 farming, but that could be solved with a simple garden pie.

After that all you need is 62 farming for the snapdragons I guess.

NICE! - what about the herblore requirement though? (which is currently harder)

First they came to fishing
and I didn't speak out because I wasn't fishing

Then they came to the yews
and I didn't speak out because I didn't cut yews

Then they came for the ores
and I didn't speak out because I didn't collect ores

Then they came for me
and there was no one left to speak out for me.
