Not unless you're uber rich. After the quest, elite black is rumored to be a very rare drop . . .

I dont even think you can get it as a drop.

After the quest, a J-mod apparently said that it was "possible" to get it as a drop. People haven't been having any luck with it yet though.

Really? Well thats got to be one of the rarest drops in game lol.

Just wear the Ring of Wealth to test it out. Note that the armor is a rare drop after the quest (during the quest you can only get two sets, no more)

Just looked at a post by a jmod and you can get elite armor as a drop from black knights despite it being very rare.
