I was wondering if I could get more/better herb drops from the lvl 37 Druids compared to the lvl 13. I'm already using a Macaw

They drop the same stuff. I would say no, and then I have killed many of those druids to get herbs myself. Keep going with the lvl 13 ones.

i personally used teh lvl 13s at a low,level for money

 

its ok but once ur in the 90s id just do drags.
